SLP's focus is to relieve you and your company from the stress of mortgage paperwork and regulatory uncertainties by offering our clients 2 simple options, “Express” processing and “Complete” processing.

Express Processing:

Flat Fee $850

We will complete all your open files, while keeping you informed every step of the way.
What we need from you to get started:

• Complete 1003, borrower documents and all signed disclosures, along with lender approval
• Tri-Merge Credit Report
• DU/LP Finding

What we do for you:

• Review the file and DU/LP findings
• Complete file processing, submit necessary files to lender, clear all conditions, and arrange closing/post-closing of every file

Complete Processing

Flat Fee $1250

We will process the loan from beginning to the end, while keeping you informed every step of the way.

What we need from you to get started:

• 1003 and borrower documents (list available upon request
• Tri-Merge Credit Report
• Fees worksheet

What we do for you:

• Complete all Disclosures
• Upload file to DU/LP and review the findings

Complete file processing from submission to approval, clear all conditions, and arrange closing-post closing of the file.
